Drainage Ditch near Hillview Bar 3/14/2015 | 03/14/2015 | Searched the erosion protection rocks in the ditches along the road before the Hillview Bar. Found some nice agates. Rocks were fresh and pretty dirty. | ||

Big Fish North Shore Hunt 03/21/2015 | 03/21/2015 | Water level was perfect (low), snow had receded, and the shoreline was exposed. Found many small agates, didn't find agatezilla, but this spot has the potential. | ||

Powerline State Gravel Pit 03/21/2015 | 03/21/2015 | Found a good number of smaller agates. This spot was pretty well picked over, footprints everywhere. A great spot to check, it does get excavated, and is a great mix of rocks. | ||

Canoe Carry Lake Gravel Pit 6/22/2019 | 06/22/2019 | This pit looked like the Yellow Brick Road of gravel pits. Just perfect. Did not find many agates, and very few fragments. Kind of puzzling, good location, lots of rocks, very few agates. May try again someday. |
